Showman Farms – 2nd Visit
On my second visit to Showman Farms, they had the usual; fresh raw milk, farm fresh eggs, grass-fed ground beef and Cheddar Cheese Curds. Today they also had Gouda and sharp cheddar cheese ready for sale.
That night we sampled the Sharp Cheddar. It was creamy and less salty than a commercial cheese with a nice flavor. The next day we took Laurie Showman’s suggestion and made grilled cheese sandwiches with the Gouda. Delicious!!!
Can’t wait to see what kind of cheese they have to offer on my next visit!!
