Beef and Bean Chili


1 lb organic ground beef
1 15 oz can black beans
1 15 oz can pinto beans
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup water

Chili Seasoning
3 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Brown beef in large skillet or dutch oven. Drain and rinse the beans. Once the meat is browned, stir in the seasoning mixture. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with your favorite chili toppings – organic shredded cheese, sour cream, scallions, cilantro, avocado slices, onions.

If you omit the beef, you have a hearty, delicious 3 bean chili.
